How It Works
Our main focus is to simplify the process and make it easy for any and all online retailers to begin using the service so they can focus their energies on building their online business.
Once you decide to use our fulfilment services we can start shipping orders almost immediately even without integrating your websites with our software.
Account Setup
We will set your company up on our system to ensure you are able to access your stock and order reports and our auto itemised invoicing is enabled to your account.
Products
You send us your products, we can arrange for them to be picked up and brought to us so you can start making savings straight away.
Software Integration
We will start to integrate our software options with your website. We can work with all the major shopping admins and channels such as Woo-Commerce, Shopify, Magento, Amazon & Ebay. The integration process can take a while to complete but in the meantime we can start shipping your orders out immediately direct from your websites.
Testing
We test a few orders to ensure the correct details are coming through and the correct despatch methods are picked up and used.
Despatch your products
Our software works by bringing in new orders from your website every 15 minutes, once we process, pick and pack your order with the relevant despatch label, our software then sends the tracking details back to your website/shopping channel where it completes the order.
Onhand Support
You have direct access to our friendly and efficient customer service team. No matter your question or enquiry we’ll be able to help and support you with any need.
